About This Piece
This is a faithful reproduction of the Flak Vest worn by Cassian Andor and the Rebel troopers during the Battle of Scarif in Rogue One (2016).
Crafted as a Star Wars costume accessory, it was meticulously recreated using detailed reference photos of the original screen-used props, making each vest uniquely custom-made just for you.
The vest is handmade from nylon, featuring a weave similar to the original Vietnam-era flak vests from the 1960s (note: color may vary slightly depending on lighting). It closes with a front zipper, and the badge attaches securely via Velcro included with the jacket. This accessory is ready to wear right out of the box.
Since each jacket from the Battle of Scarif had unique variations, please specify which style you prefer.

Flak Vest Details:
One size with adjustable side straps for a custom fit.
When ordering, please provide your chest and shoulder measurements. We recommend ordering one size larger to allow room for wearing another jacket underneath, as seen in the film. For sizes larger than standard, please contact me before purchasing.
After your order, I will send a sizing chart for you to complete or you can reply with your measurements. Please note that without these details, we cannot proceed with your order.
