What this piece is.
This is an accurate reproduction of the helmet worn in the battle of Endor by the Rebels in Star Wars Return of the Jedi  made in 1983
Cap Sizing is

This STAR WARS costume accessory was recreated using reference photos taken from the original screen-used production props and has been uniquely custom-handmade for you. The soft cap has been replicated from an original A-NH-15 US Army flight cap.
The cap features accurate twill weave fabric lined with bias strips (fabric tone may vary from fabric to fabric). Each snap detail is meticulous to an original soft cap. Vegetable-tanned leather is used on each chinstrap.  The Ear caps are hard ABS plastic correct to the size of an original. This costume accessory is ready to wear.
The outer shell has been sculpted, as close to screenshots from Return of the Jedi Battle scenes. 
When checking out your order you will have the choice of a Luke soft cap style with 6 snaps on the black leather while the Leia soft cap has 8 snaps on the black leather.
Hardshell only - Only plastic shell
A-NH-15 ROTJ (size) - a reproduction of the ROTJ soft cap only in your size.
A-NH-15 Only - Soft basic cap not Star Wars.
LUKE/LEIA (size) ROTJ - Soft cap of your choice plus hard shell to complete your Endor helmet.
Differences from an original -
The Cap has been reproduced with 100% accuracy, the only differences that are noticeable on the inside of the soft cap are the foam inside the ear is black rather than yellow, and the 'ear caps' are ABS not rubber.

Postage to the UK and internationally I sent tracked and signed for and the tracking number will be sent when dispatched.
